We're based on Long Island and serve all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, all five New York City boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island) and Westchester County. We do not currently travel to Connecticut or upstate New York.
There are no travel fees anywhere on Long Island. For NYC and Westchester events we build any travel into a simple, transparent package quote — no surprises.
The capture itself takes just a few seconds inside the station. A full-body scan is ready to walk and animate in about 10–20 minutes; a face & bust scan takes 2–3 minutes. At a busy event we can scan a long line of people quickly.
Professional custom-background portraits, a 360° video clip, and their own true-to-life rigged 3D avatar (their MetaTwin) delivered to their account. Figurines, trophies and team packages are available as add-ons.
Yes. We bring the entire professional scanning station and photo booth to you and set everything up — you don't need any equipment, space prep or technical help. We serve Long Island, all five NYC boroughs and Westchester.
