Delete your account & data.
You own your MetaScan data, and you can ask us to permanently delete your account and everything associated with it at any time. Submit the form below or email info@metascan3dpro.com from your account's email address.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- Your MetaScan account and login credentials
- Your 3D scans, digital avatars (MetaTwins) and models
- Photos, portraits and 360° clips tied to your account
- Your name, email, phone number and profile details
- Order history and saved preferences
What we may keep (and why)
We delete everything above. A small amount of data may be retained only where the law requires it:
- Transaction & tax records
- Basic purchase records we're legally required to keep (retained up to 7 years for tax/accounting), with personal identifiers minimized.
- Fraud & abuse prevention
- Limited records needed to prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation, kept only as long as required by law.
How long it takes
We confirm your request by email, verify it's you, and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible — your scans and avatars cannot be recovered afterward.
